It is the responsibility of the customer to read the terms and conditions.

Dress Rite LLC, Dress Rite, (DR), www.dolldressrite.com, and all the information and content are sold under these Terms and Conditions.


Please be sure of your choices when you are ordering. Orders cannot be changed once they are ordered. Please check the accuracy of your personal information and the items you are ordering prior to ordering. DR will not be responsible for any cost related to an incorrect order. If a replacement order is required, DR will create a new order once the mis-ordered merchandised is returned at customer’s expense. The original order will be refunded less the shipping charges.


All items are shipped within approximately 48hrs of when they are in stock. If an item is not immediately in stock, lead time for delivery may range from 3-5 weeks. Orders are shipped to the continental United States only.

Return Policy

All items purchased from Dress Rite or www.dolldressrite.com may be returned within 15 days of purchase, unless noted otherwise.

  • All returns must be accompanied with original receipt and in original packaging, with sufficient protection and in original condition.
  • All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) from Dress Rite.
  • All returned merchandise must not have been used.
  • Please email dressrite@hotmail.com or use our contact form for a RMA #.
  • All returns to be sent at customer’s expense.
  • RMA# to be marked clearly on shipping label and return box.

No refunds will be issued for any damages that occurred during shipping, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipper.

Acceptance of Delivery / Shipment

All goods are shipped at purchasers risk after it is carefully inspected, securely packed.

You are required to inspect each and every box of your order for damages or missing items prior to accepting your delivery. Accepting your delivery by you or someone acting on your behalf is your acknowledgement that the merchandise(s) as listed on the packing slip were all received and in good condition. Once an order is delivered and accepted, the return options are limited and based on the sole discretion of DR.

If you accept a shipment and an item was damaged by the shipper, you must place a claim with the shipper.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive a defective product that was not damaged by the shipping company, you must notify DR within 5 days of acceptance for consideration.  Defective products must be returned prior to receiving any replacement or refund.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. However, you can change the preferences of your web browser not to accept cookies. We recommend you accept cookies to use our online store effectively.

Prices, terms, products, descriptions and all information on this website are subject to change without notice.

If your credit card was charged for the purchase and your order cancelled, DR will issue a credit to your credit card.

All and any disputes between you and Dress Rite are to be settled in the courts with jurisdiction over the dispute in Edison, NJ.
